A Personal Journey to Health

Crystal’s journey started with her own share of health issues, primarily related to her heart. These challenges led to her reliance on heavy medications, and she found herself gaining and losing significant amounts of weight—up to 95 kg over time.

The Weight Loss Rollercoaster

Crystal’s weight loss journey has been a series of ups and downs, with each medication change causing her to gain weight and then struggle to lose it again. Her last significant weight loss of 30 kg in just 6.5 months is a testament to her determination.

Understanding the Challenge Ahead

As a nutritionist with firsthand experience in weight management, Crystal is uniquely equipped to empathize with the journey that many of our challenge participants are embarking on. Her personal experiences have given her valuable insights into both the physical and mental aspects of achieving weight loss goals.
