Our gym is designed by women, for women, to provide a welcoming space that caters to your specific health and fitness needs.

From weight loss to strength building or simply staying active for your mental health, we offer group training, exciting challenges, and personal coaching to help you reach your goals. And because we know how busy life gets, we’ve got a free creche so mums can train stress-free, while the kids are looked after.

We understand that balancing hormones and mental health can be tough at any age—whether you’re 18 or 65. Rekreate isn’t just a gym; it’s a safe haven, a place to escape reality, and reconnect with yourself.
