Before discovering Recreate Women’s Fitness, Carly admits that her motivation was lacking, and she felt lethargic. She didn’t prioritize her health for the long term. She wasn’t engaged in any regular training; the most activity she did was walking.

Carly’s fitness journey took a significant turn when she joined Recreate Women’s Fitness three years ago. The consistent and motivating environment here had a profound impact on her.
Pregnancy and Exercise:
Unlike her previous pregnancies, Carly decided to continue her exercise routine during her pregnancy with Lilah. She attended 5 to 6 classes a week, even at the early hour of 5 o’clock in the morning.
