Nat shares her passion for yoga and the beauty of the human body, focusing on stretching, alignment and the wisdom of the connective tissue – the fascia.
Highlighting the value of stretching to compliment your ReKreate strength workouts, Nat uses language and props to bring you into balance and help you massage your body into a state of bliss.
