  • 1 Minute High knees
  • 1Minute Alternating lunges
  • 1 Minute Squat jumps
  • 1Minute Mt climbers
  • 1 Minute Tuck jumps

Strength and Conditioning

  • 10 push ups
  • 30 seconds Mt climbers
  • 20 push ups
  • Mt climbers 30 seconds
  • Jump Lunges 30 Seconds
  • 30 Full range squats
  • 20 Full Range Lunges
  • Jump lunges 30 seconds
  • Plank for 30 seconds – Repeat twice
  • 1 minute sit ups
  • 1 minute single leg crunches

Cool down

  • Slow Jog for 200 meters in total.
  • Full body stretch, holding each position for 15-20 seconds minimum.
