For first time users to start using the Training Diary, first you must create an account, once you are logged in, Click on Add Entry - this will then allow you to record your first training session. Once you have saved this entry, if you click on Training Diary(in the top navigation menu) it will bring you back to this page. From then on to view your diary all you have to do is click on View all.
ADD ENTRY Keep track of your workouts by logging daily entries. Choose a workout type from the list, enter the time and duration & how hard you thought it was. Click the save icon in the top right hand corner and your details are saved.
VIEW ALL View a snapshot of your Monthly training diary.
You must be logged in to access the Training Diary.
