Her qualifications include Group Exercise, Gym Instruction and Personal Training. Kylie is a level IV Personal Trainer & Level III Group Exercise and Gym Instructor Kylie is a certified Thump Boxing and Kickboxing instructor as well as Les Mills Instructor and Exercise Nutrition. Kylie has competed in State level in many fields including Cross Country, Touch Football, Athletics and placed 2nd in the World Team Aerobics Demo. Kylie has owned and operated a successful outdoor business in Wollongong and Shellharbour for the past 3 years. Kylie has helped many women achieve improved health, fitness and body image. Kylie recently had her first child and understands the obstacles associated with getting your pre baby body shape back. Kylie would love nothing more than to help motivate you to ReKreate yourself in a positive and friendly environment. | | | | | Mel BRODIE | | | |  | Mel has been working in the fitness industry for the past 6yrs and has been a personal training at Fernwood Wollongong for the past 5yrs. Mel has completed a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) and Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong. Mel is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and has had experience working in cardiac rehab and corporate health. Mel also has many other qualifications including her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Heart Moves Certificate and boxing and kickboxing certification. Mel has participated in and enjoys many sports especially netball and running. | | | | | Natalie WATSON | | | | .jpg) | Natalie has been in the fitness industry for the past five years working particularly in personal and group training. Natalie has many qualifications including, her Diploma in Fitness Therapy as well as certificate three and four in fitness, punch pad and kick pad certification, bronze medallion in surf and still water and is a level one sports trainer. Natalie has participated in just about every sport under the sun with her main highlights being a state tennis player and also national physical culture (dancing) competitor. Her main interests now are surf life saving, netball and surfing in her own time. When Natalie isn't participating in the ReKreate group training, Natalie is out there helping to empower other women to achieve their goals and continue to live a happier and healthier life. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
