COMBO

Involves any combination of exercises including strength, circuit, boxing & or walking/running. A great class for beginners has lots of variety and fun.

RUN

These sessions are aimed for any person wanting to improve their running.  The sessions include Speed, Intervals & Endurance.
HILL RUNS

Our very challenging and physically demanding session is back by popular demand. Not for the faint hearted.

BOXING COMBO

Half Boxing half combo session. Great for all who want a total body workout.

BOXING

A great cardio workout as well as increased muscle tone. This class involves boxing and kick boxing techniques. Great for all who love a hard workout.

CIRCUIT

A great class for all from the beginner to advanced. Involves cardio and strength training with loads of variety keeping you challenged and improving strength and overall fitness.

RESULTS

This class is designed to improve muscle strength and overall body shape. You will use a wide variety of equipment including free weights, medicine balls and resistance Bands. This class is a must for all who are serious about getting RESULTS.

BEACH FITNESS

A fantastic session to improve overall fitness, improve core and firm up the legs and bum. Have fun and be challenged. These sessions could include the use of sand bags.
